Refund Policy
Cancellation by MISHTIGIFTS
- We may cancel orders due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or credit issues
- Perishable items get one delivery attempt only - no refunds for failed deliveries
Cancellation by Customer
- Cancelled orders incur a 3% processing fee
- Refunds processed within 7-10 working days
- No refunds after production begins or order is dispatched
